I went here to watch the football game, the coverage was great and there's a massive amount of space to get a table with your friends. The service was fast and very friendly, I was served by Michael who was extremely polite and had a welcoming personality... I will be returning regularly to this venue the experience was great, with their easily download able 'black card' all pints become 3 which is a massive money saver!

It's a nice place to go and spend time with family and friends, they have good food and drinks stands and good music. The staff is friendly and helpful, I enjoyed the time spent in there. The ice rink is quite small but, for me a beginner is more than enough.

I had a brilliant night at the student fight night last Friday. An electric atmosphere and obviously very busy. However, that did not hinder the service given from Catherine, Abbie and Nancy at all. I was fortunate enough to be served by all three of these wonderful girls throughout the night and despite the constant chaos of rowdy students at the bar, they all maintained a smile and speedy service. They made the experience far more enjoyable so I am here to give them their flowers!

From the second I sashayed up to the bar, she was serving looks, vibes, and the kind of energy that makes you want to cancel all your plans and just live at Boxpark forever. First of all, let’s discuss her drink-pouring skills. I swear, watching Abbie make a cocktail is like witnessing a Renaissance artist at work. With every flick of her wrist, she poured those drinks like she was blessing the entire LGBTQ community with liquid happiness. I was genuinely considering proposing marriage by the third round. But honey, it’s not just about the drinks—it’s the service. She made every single person feel like a VIP, especially us queer babes. The way she hyped us up? Calling us sexy, showering us with love, making sure we were all hydrated and thriving—an icon. I felt like I was in a gay bar in Ibiza, being worshipped by a goddess in human form. Honestly, if Boxpark doesn’t put up a glittering plaque with “Abbie – LGBTQ Legend” on it, I’ll riot. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel seen, celebrated, and slightly tipsy (in the best possible way). Abbie, you sexy, sassy, sparkly angel—NEVER change.

Visited Box Park on Saturday, Was greeted by gentleman by the name of Jonsey his customer service skills were 2nd to none, I liked his willingness to recommend me a new cocktail. I have never tried before. After my initial interaction with Jonsey I will definitely be coming back due to his excellent service thanks again Jonsey

A lively location, the atmosphere is very welcoming which was amazing for me as a tourist visiting for the first time. Didn't feel out of place whatsoever especially with the friendly staff making sure I was well taken care of. The bartender Orla especially was incredibly kind and hospitable the type of person that I would be very thankful to be greeted by and served by at any F&B outlets I go to. Will recommend BOXPARK to anyone I know that touches down in Liverpool.
